we take pride in supplying quality tested engines. Each unit is thoroughly inspected prior to dispatch to ensure it is in good working order. We understand that occasionally an item may not be suitable or may develop a fault, and our returns policy is designed to be fair while keeping disruption to a minimum.
If you wish to return an item because it is no longer required or was ordered incorrectly, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original condition.
A restocking fee may apply to cover inspection and handling costs.
Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held liable for items lost in transit.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may request photographs or a report from a qualified mechanic as part of our assessment process.
If the fault is confirmed to be ours, we will arrange either:
A replacement item, or
A full refund, and we will cover the cost of return postage.

Engines must be thoroughly inspected by the customer before fully unpacking or preparing them for installation. Any visible issues or concerns must be reported to us before fitting begins. If an engine has been fitted, partially installed, or has sustained any damage while in the customer’s possession or during installation, it will not be eligible for return, refund or replacement. This is because fitting can alter the condition of the engine and make it impossible for us to verify its original state.
