Yes. We follow all UK consumer laws, which means if your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, we’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund. If you purchased online, you also have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind and return it for a refund, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
