Request a return

Please read the returns policy before submitting a request.

Step 1 – Submit a Return Request

• Email our returns team at customersupport@engines2u.co.uk

• Use the subject line: Return Request – [Your Order Number]

• Include the following details in your email:

  • Your full name and contact number

  • Order number

  • Date of purchase and delivery

  • The reason for the return (please be specific)

  • Photos or videos showing the issue (if applicable)

  • Confirmation that the engine has not been fitted or tampered with (if returning as unused)

Step 2 – Await Return Authorisation

• Our support team will review your request and may ask for additional information (e.g. mechanic’s report for suspected faults).

• If the return is accepted, you will receive a Return Authorisation (RA) number and specific instructions on how and where to send the item.

• Do not send any item back without first receiving a Return Authorisation number — unauthorised returns cannot be processed.

Step 3 – Packaging and Shipping Your Return

• Safely package the engine to prevent any damage in transit (ideally using the original packaging).

• Clearly label the package with your RA number.

• Use a tracked and insured courier service and keep your proof of postage.
