If an item is reported as faulty, we will always work with the customer to resolve the issue in line with our returns policy. However, if a customer chooses to retain a faulty item rather than returning it for inspection, replacement or refund, they do so at their own discretion. In these cases, no discount, partial refund or compensation will be offered. This is because all warranty and quality assurances are dependent on the item being returned to us for proper assessment by our technicians. Retaining the item means we cannot verify its condition or cause of fault, and as such, the sale is considered final and accepted as-is.
